1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, downloading, registering with, or making a purchase on the Kashi Ayurveda mobile application or website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must refrain from accessing or using our platform.

2. Description of Services & Educational Features

AYUR KASHI PRIVATE LIMITED provides specialized online educational resources, digital mock testing, and exam preparation tools tailored for Ayurveda students and aspirants preparing for competitive examinations such as AIAPGET (Ayurveda), BAMS Professional Examinations, State Ayush Medical Officer (AMO) recruitments, and post-graduate entrance examinations.

Our platform includes the following core features:

• Comprehensive Question Bank (QBank): Curated multiple-choice questions (MCQs) mapped to classical Ayurvedic texts (Charaka Samhita, Sushruta Samhita, Ashtanga Hridaya, Kashyapa Samhita, etc.) and modern clinical subjects with in-depth answers, classical references, and explanations.
• High-Yield Pearls: Concise, high-value revision cards, mnemonics, comparative tables, and summaries designed for quick concept revision.
• Timed Mock Tests & Grand Tests: Standardized examination series simulating actual AIAPGET computer-based test conditions, complete with automated scoring, all-India rank comparisons, and review tools.
• Custom Practice Modules: Personalized exam generation allowing students to tailor practice sets by selecting subjects, chapters, difficulty level (Easy, Medium, Hard), and desired question counts in either QBank Mode or Exam Mode.
• Bookmarks & Performance Analytics: Tools to bookmark questions and Pearls for repeated revision, and graphical scoreboards tracking accuracy and subject-wise progress.
• Digital Notes & Study Materials: Premium supplementary materials accessible through subscribed plans.

3. User Account, Eligibility & Security

• Eligibility: You must be at least 17 years old or enrolled in a recognized undergraduate/postgraduate medical program or preparing for Ayurvedic examinations.
• Account Accuracy: You agree to provide true, current, and complete information during registration, including your name, active mobile number, email address, college name, and academic year.
• Single-User License: Each Kashi Ayurveda user account is licensed strictly for individual, personal, and non-commercial educational use. Sharing credentials, simultaneous multi-device logins, or transferring account access to other individuals is strictly prohibited.
• Credential Confidentiality: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and OTPs. You must immediately inform us of any suspected unauthorized access to your account.

4. Subscription Plans, Pricing & Payment Terms

• Subscription Plans: Access to premium question banks, full mock test series, and comprehensive Pearls notes requires the purchase of a subscription plan (e.g., Plan A, Plan B, Plan C) or digital notes packages as displayed on our platform.
• Currency & Taxes: All plan prices are listed in Indian National Rupees (INR ₹) and are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes (such as GST) as specified at checkout.
• Payment Gateway: Online payments are processed through secure, RBI-licensed payment aggregators, including Cashfree Payments (Cashfree Payments India Private Limited). Available payment methods include UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), Net Banking, Credit Cards, and Debit Cards.
• Payment Security: Financial transactions are executed directly over encrypted SSL channels on PCI-DSS certified payment gateway servers. AYUR KASHI PRIVATE LIMITED does not store or process card numbers, CVVs, or bank login credentials.
• Activation of Services: Access to the subscribed digital content is automatically activated on your registered account immediately upon successful payment confirmation from the payment gateway.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

AYUR KASHI PRIVATE LIMITED strives to provide the highest quality learning materials. Please read our cancellation and refund terms carefully:

• Digital Products & Subscriptions: Due to the immediate digital nature of the content provided (instant access to proprietary question banks, mock exams, high-yield revision pearls, and downloadable/readable notes), all subscription plan purchases are considered final and non-refundable once activated.
• Technical Glitches / Duplicate Transactions: If your account is debited twice for the same order due to a payment gateway timeout or technical failure, or if amount is deducted but the subscription is not activated within 24 hours, you may request an investigation by emailing support@kashiayurveda.in with your registered mobile number, Cashfree transaction reference ID, and payment receipt.
• Refund Processing: Upon verification of duplicate or failed transactions, AYUR KASHI PRIVATE LIMITED will initiate a full refund of the duplicate amount. The refunded amount will be credited back to the original source payment method (bank account, card, or UPI) within 5 to 7 business days, in accordance with standard banking and payment gateway settlement timelines.
• Plan Transfers: Subscriptions are non-transferable and cannot be reassigned to another student or exchanged for other courses.

6. Intellectual Property Rights & Content Protection

All intellectual property rights in and to the Kashi Ayurveda platform, including but not limited to MCQs, answer rationales, Samhita references, High-Yield Pearls, mock tests, software source code, logos, designs, graphics, audio, video lectures, and text materials, are the exclusive property of AYUR KASHI PRIVATE LIMITED.

7. User Code of Conduct & Restrictions

While using our services, you agree not to:

• Use automated scripts, bots, spiders, or scrapers to extract questions or content from our servers.
• Attempt to probe, scan, or bypass security vulnerabilities of the application, website, or server infrastructure.
• Share account credentials across study groups, coaching institutes, or public channels.
• Post or transmit any unlawful, threatening, defamatory, or abusive content through feedback or enquiry forms.
• Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of our mobile app, payment system, or website servers.

8. Educational & Medical Disclaimer

For Academic & Exam Preparation Purposes Only: The educational materials, MCQs, classical Samhita citations, and Pearls notes provided on Kashi Ayurveda are formulated solely for the purpose of academic examination preparation and self-assessment for Ayurveda students and medical graduates.

The platform does not provide medical diagnoses, treatment advice, or patient clinical prescriptions. It must not be used as a substitute for professional clinical medical advice, consultation, or diagnosis. While AYUR KASHI PRIVATE LIMITED makes every effort to ensure accuracy based on standard Ayurvedic classical texts, we do not warrant that all questions, explanations, or exam predictions are 100% free of typographical or conceptual errors.

9. Service Availability, Modifications & Downtime

We strive to maintain continuous 24/7 availability of our mobile app and website. However, AYUR KASHI PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for temporary service interruptions due to scheduled maintenance, software updates, telecommunication failures, server downtime, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure events). We reserve the right to upgrade, modify, or enhance app features, syllabus questions, and test formats at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, in no event shall AYUR KASHI PRIVATE LIMITED, its directors, officers, employees, or educators be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of your access to or inability to use the platform, including any examination outcomes or performance results.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AYUR KASHI PRIVATE LIMITED against any claims, losses, liabilities, costs, or damages resulting from your breach of these Terms, unauthorized content sharing, or violation of third-party rights.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. In the event of any legal dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, our educational services, or payment transactions, the competent courts located in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
